We have one goal in joining this organization - to serve, learn and share our ideas for the improvement and advancement of our profession as a Civil Engineers. I am appealing to each and everyone of us to participate and share our ideas among the members. Let us submit proposals which we do believe that will help us all. Let us contribute our best effort and benefit from its fruit.

We are known as the builder, the bridge of the future...let us preserve thisimage and fulfill the task given to us for the improvement of each and everyone and of our nation.
